He brings strong expertise in business transformation, Lean and Six Sigma, cost optimisation, factory turnaround and building high-performing teams. As Director at Tasty Bite Eatables Limited, Shashank contributes his strategic and operational expertise towards strengthening organisational systems, driving sustainable growth, improving performance and supporting the organisation’s long-term sustainability.

Corporate Affairs professional with experience across CSR project management, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination within a multinational FMCG organisation, Mars, Incorporated. 

Experienced in managing the end-to-end CSR project lifecycle, including partner due diligence, project implementation, monitoring, impact assessment, audits, compliance, and reporting. Also skilled in internal communications, government and institutional stakeholder engagement, and consumer relations. 

A Postgraduate of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, with a strong foundation in social-sector research, community development, and grassroots fieldwork. He is also a writer and journalist, with 80+ articles published across newspapers and other publications, covering social issues, communities, development, and public affairs.
